About Us

Why Good&Nice?

When we first met at BBH London, the hiring strategy was to have people who were ‘good and nice’. We’re now applying that same criteria to the brands we work with; brands who do good and people who are nice.

We bring 25+ years of combined advertising experience across some of the world's leading agencies, including BBH, M&C Saatchi, TBWA and We Are Social, between London and Sydney. We’ve also worked across a wide range of categories, including charity, finance, fashion & lifestyle, share economy, entertainment, FMCG and universities. In addition we have direct experience of working in the charity sector, through in-house strategy roles at both Unicef and British Red Cross.

We offer senior-level strategic and creative expertise without the layers and overheads of a traditional agency. We work flexibly, bringing the right expertise to each brief.
